Princess Anne, presents Lee Remick with Television's Best Actress award.
The
award, presented at the annual occasion of the British Screen Awards at the
Royal Albert Hall in London, was the only award that the acclaimed Thames
mini-series won that
night, though it was also nominated for Best Costume Design, and Best Drama
Series.
